Soaptopia started in 2001 as a vision in the Venice California kitchen of Jolie Chitwood. "I was allergic to most bath products like so many people. Pure and natural essentials were difficult to find, so I decided to create them for myself." Jolie's bungalow transformed into an apothecary of flowers and natural oils. Friends and family began to enjoy the hand-made, house reserve batches of soap and Soaptopia continued to grow.
