Launched in 2000, from a passion for pillows, Down Etc initially was the purveyor of “top of the bed” products to the most demanding boutique hotel chains in the world. Since then, our Hospitality Collection of pillows, down comforters, protectors and bedding has grown to include anything our guests need to provide the most hospitable bedrooms in their own home.
Down Etc products have been used and tested by the most demanding hospitality industry clients. Our “White Glove Service” personified by our “Pillow Butler” program, “Ask the Diva” blog and newsletter and our “Hug it like you Love it” giving back program reflect the essence of who we are and what we stand for. While always fresh in spirit, Down Etc products represent our constant and complete dedication to quality.
