• Patient Welcome Packets
o All home patients receive a booklet at the time of delivery containing valuable information including:
• Business hours
• Mission statement and supplier standards
• Home safety tips
• Infection control
• Equipment troubleshooting information
• Equipment orientation checklist
• Sign off sheets that acknowledge patient/ caregiver training and receipt of the welcome packet
• Centralized Distribution Warehouse
o All Hospice Source equipment is taken to this facility for preventative maintenance and repairs.
o Only after proper maintenance and repairs have been made, will this equipment be distributed to Hospice Source branches.
o This centralized facility will ensure that only quality equipment that is properly maintained is delivered to your patients residence or facility
