A place with fond memories for us, Bomba's Shack, Tortola was annihilated by the Hurricanes... it was held together virtually by the bras stapled on the driftwood acting as supports...I can imagine the inhabitants of "Sherman's Lagoon" comic strip making hay with the bras underseas in a future strip!

Thank you, Arlene Pommiss, for posting this on your page.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on December 20, 2013 a phased enforcement plan for the REAL ID Act (the Act), as passed by Congress, that will implement the Act in a measured, fair, and responsible way.

This week I was onboard the Disney Wonder repositioning cruise to report on the changes from the re-imagining which are still taking place. Besides the lovely new Tiana's Place, which replaces Parrot Cay, and the former Route 66 which now echos, the Magic's "After Hours " Adult area on deck three forward (but with an English Pub! and an ummm... interesting... Azure Lounge), the most startling change is the greatly enlarged Concierge Lounge and Sun area on Deck 10 forward..... you can see for yourself that Concierge now has the entire width above Cove cafe and the decking above that. This excerpt from DCL: -------- "Disney Cruise Line is upgrading ten Category 4 Staterooms on deck 8 aboard the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder to Concierge level Category V Family Oceanview Staterooms with Verandah. The changes are being made to complement existing suite accommodations on Disney Cruise Line and provide Clients with connecting concierge stateroom options. This also marks the addition of Category V to the classic ships which previously only had Concierge Royal Suite with Verandah (R), Concierge 2-Bedroom Suite with Verandah (S), and Concierge 1-Bedroom Suite with Verandah (T)." --------- DCL is in the process of completing the change-out for ten former category 4A Deluxe Family Oceanview with Veranda staterooms this month (the massive re-imagining of public spaces on Deck 10 on the Wonder this week attests to this): the "new" concierge family staterooms will be offered on October 1, 2017 on the Disney Wonder and October 2, 2017, on the Disney Magic. The 10 connecting staterooms affected by this change on both ships are: 8024, 8044, 8050, 8076, 8082, and 8084 on the port side, and 8524, 8544, 8550, 8584 on starboard. I peeked in and they looked like essentially the same 4A rooms we've occupied in years past....
