Dr. Kim earned her bachelors degree in biology from St. Joseph’s University in Pennsylvania. She then attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry where she earned her degree in Doctor of Optometry in May 2001. During her time in Pennsylvania, her externship experience include Delaware VA Hospital and Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.
She worked as an associate doctor at Bedrossian Eye Associates until her move Dallas metroplex in 2001. In 2002 she opened up her own practice Dr. Ronnie Kim & Associates serving her patients faithfully and with her personal care. She specializes in ocular therapeutics and disease treatment. Dr Kim also has a license that allows her to prescribe oral medications as well as treat glaucoma. In her 12 years in eye care industry, she has cared for each of her patients with a special touch. Dr. Kim also comanages LASIK, and cataract surgeries. She is also knowlegeble with special contact lens fittings such as keratoconus and bifocal soft and rigid gas perm contact lenses. She follows and manages medical conditions such as dry eye syndrome, high risk medication complications of ocular condition on consistent basis.
Dr. Kim is happily married to an Aeronautical Engineer, they have 3 children and reside in Southlake, TX
