We have a wide range of incredible classes for a variety of students. These include different styles of Yoga, Pilates Mat Evolved, Nia, ZUMBA, Ballet Floor Barre, Beaming®.
Our intention is to provide the best quality instruction available so that you can discover the value, power and delight of taking care of ALL of you – body, mind and spirit.
We encourage commitment, consistent practice, awareness, having fun and being your Self within a supportive community.
We also offer great workshops, specialty classes, individual/semi-private instruction, and Yoga/Pilates Therapy for those with specific injuries and concerns.
The Shop at Laughing Dog carries a wonderful array of high quality and unique yoga wear, dance wear, after-yoga clothing, books, beautiful jewelry and art – all hand picked from the local community and far away lands. The Shop is open: 10:30a-1:00p, Mon – Sat; before and after most classes and by appointment (call studio).
