Since 1976, Access Services has been this helping hand, empowering countless individuals and their families in Eastern Pennsylvania through community-based specialized service. From Respite Services to In-Home Counseling and Therapeutic Foster Care we have made it our mission to provide those in need with companionship, resources and opportunities to grow as part of a community.
