It was there that he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society for finishing top 10 in his class. Dr. Biggs grew up in Indiana with his mom, dad, and two brothers. He is always on the move, building something or working out. He enjoys spending his free time making memories with his wife and his daughter.
