While it primarily serves patients one-on-one in the Houston area, it can also serve patients located anywhere in Texas via phone, email, fax, and video chat.
With this service, you are hiring a medical expert to be your private medical guide who can:
1. Spend time with you to explain the medical care you are receiving. It can be done in person, by phone, and/or email. It can be done in office or in the convenience of your own home. It can be done during standard business hours, or even possibly during afterhours or weekends.
2. Be an advocate for your in the health care system, including going with you to your medical appointments and checking up on you while in the hospital.
3. Help you navigate through the health care system, including helping you find the best doctors and hospitals, as well as assisting you through any problems with medical billing or insurance cliams.
4. Review your medical records and health care to make sure your are getting appropriate care and to help decrease the chances of medical mistakes happening.
