Jordantown Wesleyan Church was founded in 1938 at the site of the former Jordantown School. The Rev. John R. Clement organized the Church on May 28th of that year and the first pastor was Rev. L. R. Higgins. In the mid 1990's, The Church started considering building a new Church under the leadership of Rev. Robert Phaup. Those plans have had some highs and lows over the years, but was renewed when God called Rev. Gregory Criswell to Jordantown in 2005. Greg was instrumental in remotivating the will of God in the membership of this Church. On June 6, 2010, we broke ground on our new building. Due to the dedication and leadership of Rev. Phaup and Rev. Criswell, On Oct. 2, 2011, we are moving to our new facility at 5812 Jordantown Rd. May God bless this building to the furtherance of his Kingdom.
