Eight-five percent of our events now incorporate extensive greening tactics into the event logistics from as little as recycling beverage containers to grand-scale composting efforts. With environmental issues at the forefront of topical concern, more clients are making a difference by using reusable or compostable partyware (china, flatware & glassware); offering recycling options for paper, plastic, glass, & aluminum; encouraging guests to carpool or use mass transit; creating a menu of organic, seasonal and regional cuisine and, of course, donating extra food to shelters. We continue to challenge ourselves, with every event, to exceed past greening efforts and encourage our clients, as well as our vendors, to consider the environment when producing each event.
