Public must be informed of restrictions. *Blocking of an individual's stated claim for violation of 1st Amendment right because it was inconsistent with county's social media policy. *Comments were critical of chairman of Board of Supervisors.

We further reserve the right to temporarily ban access to our Facebook page for repeated postings that contain offensive or profane remarks and to permanently ban access if such comments continue when access is reinstated.
