Patelco Credit Union

Like most credit unions, Patelco was founded to serve the financial interests of employees of a particular organization – in our case the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company (now part of AT&T). The year was 1936, and Patelco's initial assets totaled a mere $500.

We are a full-service, not-for-profit credit union, and we are here for you. Patelco offers the same convenient services and access of the big banks, but with better rates, fewer fees, and the personalized, attentive service you expect from a local financial institution.

With 37 branches, we're proud to serve communities across Northern California, including the Bay Area, Sacramento and San Jose through our financial products as well as our volunteering, donations, and community events.
