(Baseball & Academic Skills Instructional Course) **BASIC Summer: lasts 20 days and combines reading and math related to baseball along with sport skill instruction that has encompassed baseball, softball, soccer, tennis. Ages 7-12. **BASIC After School: reorganizes BASIC summer curriculum into two-hour blocks for children who yearn to broaden their school experience. BASIC delights children during the school day with a combination of reading and safe baseball/softball activities in a fun environment. **BASIC in-school: Four-session visits to elementary schools that focuses on character development through role models of professional athletes. Also visits include sport skill instruction
-Pitching Lessons **Individual and group pitching for all ages. The ABF staff has instructed individuals ranging from professional pitchers to college prospects and minor league athletes. The offices are located in St. Vincent Hospital and utilize their advanced biomechanics laboratory to provide a highly detailed look into the mechanics of each person to pinpoint their strengths and weaknesses.
-International Programs **Reaches out overseas to the children of developing countries, teaching them the game of baseball through innovative programs that range from coach education to kids’ clinics designed to heighten involvement in sport as a healthy lifestyle, in preparation for a productive adulthood.
