Blair Marketing was founded in 1984 by Bob Blair of Lenoir, North Carolina.
Bob came to Lynchburg in 1976 with the task of establishing the City’s cable television system. After a very successful system launch, Bob worked for two different ad/PR firms prior to forming his own marketing agency.
Bob had a vision to build a company that was not only based on sound marketing communication principles, but offered new media solutions via the internet, database-driven websites, and online streaming video.
In 2012, Kip Smith became owner of Blair Marketing and continues to oversee a company that strategizes and produces all types of marketing communications materials that meet client objectives.
We’ve expanded our technical services by hiring well-trained staff and partnering with local and nationally-based IT resources to help us grow our web development services.
In 2017, the agency moved to Thomson Drive in Lynchburg, VA, allowing us a larger professional space to take care of our expanded client services, including a dedicated video editing suite and a photo studio.
