Creative Confections is a licensed home bake shop owned by Alicia Russell, located just 13 miles south of Madison, Wisconsin. In addition to over 30 years of experience, Alicia has participated in classes and workshops on Lambeth, Figure Piping and numerous Australian Fondant techniques from internationally recognized cake artists. She is a member of the International Cake Exploration Societe and regularly participates in their conferences to keep abreast of the latest trends. Alicia is best characterized as a perfectionist. She continues to share her confectionary skills with adults and youth through local classes and workshops.
