One final update and a couple of additional photos from the Juniors' Erg-a-thon: Final tally came in at OVER $25,000. That's more than $1,000 raised per hour on the machine. Nicely done all. Great prep for the upcoming Heart of Texas regatta. Go ARC!

Final tallies are in from the Juniors Erg-a-thon. Here are some selected statistics: One erg wheel spinning nonstop for 24 hours More than 450,000 meters rowed (that's almost 12 mph) 12 lbs of pasta, an inordinate amount of ground beef, and several dozen Voodoo donuts consumed Nearly $24,000 raised (including one grocery bag full of coins) for equipment, scholarships, and events Kudos and thanks to our Juniors for participating; and to our coaches, Booster Committee (with a special shout-out to Cheryl Etchison for organizing), parents, ARC members, and friends for their generous contributions of time, money, food, support, and art-supplies :), all of which made this year's event our best one yet.
