The Law Office of Baugh provides a wide range of legal services for the suburban community of Nashville and Middle Tennessee, in both State and Federal Courts.
The primary area of legal services provided is litigation, both criminal defense and general civil litigation, including juvenile, estate and probate matters.
Our legal representation includes criminal defense, in State and Federal courts, to include representation in serious felony cases, drug and white collar charges. Mr. Baugh occasionally serves as Special Prosecutor in various courts.

Mr. Baugh is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
