AccuPro focuses on maximizing your revenue, while assisting you in minimizing your costs of providing those services. The overall goal is to optimize your bottom line and position your practice for success in a transforming industry. AccuPro's services are listed and described below.

Practice Extension/Resource -
Work closely with practice leadership (president, administrator, etc.) to define and achieve organizational objectives through appropriate structure and resources.

Budgeting-
Work with practice leadership to create annual budgets of revenues and expenses and manage to those budgets; periodically, assess vendor relationships.

Managed Care Contract Assessment -
Review rates and language, offer recommendations to practice, and negotiate contracts.

Group Governance –
Facilitate decisions with group and legal related to organizational documents, non-competes, shareholder/employment agreements, committee structure/oversight, etc.

Strategic Planning –
Facilitate group meetings to establish, prioritize and execute goals.

Shareholder Meetings –
Work with group leadership to facilitate agendas and meetings.

Billing:
AccuPro is continually assessing methods to improve technology and processes through process reengineering, interfaces, clearinghouses, electronic claims and electronic remittances.

The following are some of the billing services provided:

Documentation Acquisition –
Obtain anesthesia/medical record, dictation, and/or superbill for all procedures.

Demographic and Charge Interfaces –
Receive and load demographic and charge information, electronically when possible.

Code –
Assign CPT, modifiers, and ICD-10 codes to the maximum level of specificity documented. Utilize certified professional coders (CPCs) accredited by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) to oversee all AccuPro coding.

Charge Entry –
Accurately update all fields with the needed information to create a clean claim. Software and Clearinghouse provide multiple levels of "scrubs" or edits.

Claims Submission –
Timely submit all claims. Maximize electronic submissions.

Payment posting –
Post payments verifying that the payment allowed is the same as the contractual allowed for that payor. Maximize use of ERA and EFT.

AR/Follow up –
Aggressively follow up on outstanding balances with payors and patients. This includes appealing low payments and denials for any reason including eligibility and medical necessity. This process involves personal phone calls to patients to obtain payments and set up payment arrangements.

Reporting –
Standard reports and custom reports are provided to clients to monitor trends as well as conduct feasibility for new ventures such as prospective sites and procedures.

Bookkeeping/Payroll:

Practice Expense -
Targeting and assisting with the selection of vendors for the procurement of benefits.

Employee and Partner Compensation-
Issue routine payment of employees (clinical and other) and partners of the medical practice.

Partner Distributions -
Disburse the remaining revenues not paid to Practice Expense or Employee and Partner Compensation. These disbursements are made at group direction, but most often are done monthly or quarterly.

Compliance:
AccuPro has earned accreditation under the HMBA compliance program. AccuPro reviews provider documentation to ensure accurate and compliant billings against the OIG standards of conduct. Certified coders conduct periodic coding audits in order to provide feedback to our coders and our clients and remain compliant.

Credentialing:
AccuPro offers Provider Enrollment with commercial and government payors along with managed care roster maintenance. In addition to enrollment services, AccuPro also provides application services for facility credentialing.

Scheduling:
AccuPro offers scheduling services specific to the needs of the medical practice.
