A nonprofit agency dedicated to bringing health care to low-income families who might not otherwise have it. Shenandoah County Free Clinic was started by community leaders when they realized that too many people were going without health care because they couldn't afford it. A subsidiary, Shenandoah Dental Clinic, started in 2008 as means to help both uninsured and Medicaid patients with oral health.
The Clinic has served thousands of people with medical and dental issues.
