Lakeland Office Systems, Inc. (“Lakeland”) was founded in 1985 by two long-time field service technicians. It became abundantly clear to our founders after a combined thirty-three years at the largest domestic copier manufacturer that there was simply a better way to serve this market. The two founded Lakeland with the simple philosophy of providing quality service and always putting the customer first. This philosophy allowed them to quickly attain a solid customer base and to continuously grow the business. Lakeland is now one of the four-state’s largest, locally owned and operated, independent office equipment dealers.
Lakeland sells and services office equipment (primarily copy, print, scan and fax devices) in a 34 county area that includes Southwest Missouri, Northeast Oklahoma, and Southeast Kansas.
Our success as an organization depends on our clients’ complete satisfaction, which in our experience is predicated almost exclusively on our ability to deliver quality service after the sale.
