Established in 1962, St. Louis Community College is the largest higher educational institution in the region and the second largest in Missouri. STLCC has served more than million students; at least one person in more than one-half of the households in the St. Louis area has attended the College.

Today, STLCC consistently ranks among the top associate degree-producing institutions in the United States.
