You wouldn’t go away for a weekend with a complete stranger. Likewise, you wouldn’t plan your next vacation with someone you don’t know. That’s why, first and foremost, we get to know you, inside and out. We want to learn more than your frequent flyer and passport numbers…we want to understand what makes you tick: why you love to travel, and what you like to do when you get there; your most memorable vacations, and what made them special; your favorite foods, and your pet peeves.
So, before we begin planning your next trip, we will make an appointment for an initial consultation, where we will spend some time learning all about you.
• Dream
We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients, and even though it takes hard work and dedication, it’s a process that ensures we will guide you in the right direction, every time. Maybe you want to plan a relaxing getaway with your spouse for this year, but next year you hope to embark on an adventure with your kids. We will take notes about all the destinations on your bucket list so that we can create a long-term plan for getting you there.
• Plan
Once we have connected with you and understand your goals for your vacation, we will spend time researching destinations. We will present several options that fit your budget, your desired level of activities, and your personality. After you approve the plan, we will create a customized itinerary for you with everything from your hotel and airfare to your tours, dinner reservations and theatre tickets.
• Relax
Now comes the best part: relax, we got this. We will deliver your documents, print your luggage tags, confirm all of your reservations, and follow up on the details so that you can enjoy your time away. All you need to do is pack your bags!
