In 1967 Leopoldo Lopez Sr. opened the doors to the first La Bodega Market in San Ysidro, California. As the family expanded, the next generation of sons and daughters opened additional store locations. Today, the company operates three La Bodega stores located throughout San Diego, in addition to two distribution facilities in Mexico. In addition to our wide variety of groceries, fresh produce, dairy products, and our top grade meat that we’re famous for, we've added restaurant quality hot and cold food to go or dine in.
