The Valley Pizza was launched by me, Luis Vera in 2009. I truly love cooking and sharing concepts and recipes for my customers to enjoy. I came to USA in 1999, from Ecuador, South America. Originally, I started working in a pizza shop and as time when by, I fell in love with the Italian cuisine and my passion evolved to get even better recipes and better quality food. Along that line, I always try to get new and unique items for our menu to please you, our amazing customers.
