We have an upbeat & Friendly staff here to make you feel comfortable, encourage you, and to simply help you achieve your ultimate goals with your Health & Fitness! Our facility is handicapped-friendly with a wheelchair ramp outside, as well as an elevator to our lobby as an alternative to the two flights of stairs. Our lobby includes multiple tables, chairs, couches, and televisions to ensure your relaxation. We offer a variety of cold beverages as well as protein shakes and complimentary coffee. Our facility includes our large Cardio Room, a spacious Weight Room, a tribute to the SGI Student Athletes, past and present, Saunas, Scales, Showers, and plenty of Lockers in Each Locker Room, Our large Studio for classes and personal training, and let's not forget our Tanning Facilities and Free Wi-Fi!
