Dancing Star Realty was established by first dedicating this new company to our Lord. We work strictly through Biblical principles and the knowledge that all things are possible through Him as long as we honor and obey Him. Hence, everything we do is a reflection of our love and dedication, not deviating from the ethics and standards that He set forth. We don't push religion. We don't witness. We don't try and convert anyone. How we work to help our Buyers and Sellers is through that reflection and we will not deviate from that! After all, our Lord is our Boss, the head of our Company and so we are held by much higher standards!

How is this provided? We don't sell homes; that's how! Instead, we guide Buyers and Sellers!

With Buyers; we show them as many homes as they need to see in order that they can make that important decision that benefits them! With each home we look at, we will disclose the history of the home, what might adversely affect their purchase such as location, condition including possible structural, water damage, insect problems, inadequate drainage, roof, window concerns (including old recalls), some code violations and possible future concerns that could cost you plenty! We also run a market analysis on the home(s) that you're interested in, to see if it's priced too high plus, we can project approximately what to expect in equity gain through the years! We want you in a home that's not going to be a money pit and one that will be a wise choice for future equity gains!

With Sellers; we don't just put the sign in the ground and hope someone else sells your home. We aggressively market your home by utilization of Virtual Tours, professionally taken photographs to enhance your home, staging advice, web sites, saturating the market with advertising through a variety of media resources, contacting other agents who might have buyers looking in the area, and much more. We will keep you up to date about what the market is doing and make adjustments to keep your home upfront and on top of the market. Our flyers are filled with photos and information about your home to tantalize the Buyer to take a look! We will also help give you suggestions and guide you in how to improve your homes appearance to enhance its salability or alert you to things that might impact the sale. Our goal is to help you obtain the highest price for your home!

With Landlords: We do everything possible to protect your investment and find quality tenants to rent your home. This also includes periodic inspections of your home to insure the tenants are taking good care of it. Our lease agreement is iron clad as well! No loopholes and nothing omitted! You're protected!
