Paul Mitz Construction was founded in May 1980, and became a Florida registered Corporation in July 1990 as Paul Mitz Construction Inc. Paul Mitz acquired his Florida State Certified Pool/Spa Contractor license that same year. In 1993 Paul Mitz Construction Inc. became PMCI Pools & Spas. By referral only we have been building well designed quality pools throughout the state. Our proyects are designed to save energy, use less chemicals, waste very little water, and be overall environmentally responsible and friendly. They are engineered with automation features for safety and ease of use, and focused on low maintenance to enhance ownership and efficiency. Our construction practices and specifications go beyond the industry standards, always exceeding local, county and state regulations. We have established and built great customer relationships, ones that last years after the pools are complete. Our integrity and honesty make our customers proud of owning a PMCI pool.
