Rio Grande restaurants have been serving the people of Colorado an escape from the serious since 1986. We started with one location and the belief that if you create a great place to work with quality food and a good, stiff margarita, people will come. And come they have, to our now six Colorado locations (with an seventh on the way). We’ve been very fortunate to have made some good friends along the way with customers whom we call ‘regulars’ and they call The Rio their home away from home.
