Established in 2004 by husband and wife team Jason and Shannon Pryor, Pizza 51 is a true, locally owned mom and pop shop, housed in a converted gas station nestled in KC's Brookside neighborhood, near UMKC campus. Although unique, Pizza 51 West opened in Fairway, KS in 2011, mirroring many of the finest attributes of the original.
