Visiting Nurse Health System is Georgia's largest nonprofit provider of healthcare at home including post hospital therapy and nursing care; the management of support services allowing patients to stay at home; and end of life clinical, social and spiritual support both at home and the extraordinary Hospice Atlanta Center. Our nurses, therapists and other professionals give patients quality one-on-one care, helping them maintain their independence and, whenever possible, avoid hospital stays.
