We are open from 6:00 to 8:00 Monday through Friday. We open at 12:00 Saturday and remain open until 8:00 Monday morning. We are open 24 hours on all major holidays.

In March 2002, Dr. Byron Hawkins and Dr. Gerald FitzGerald purchased Animal Emergency Center of North Fulton. Both have spent their entire careers in emergency and critical care medicine. Their mission is to work closely with your primary care veterinarian to provide state of the art medical care for your pet 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Drs. Hawkins & FitzGerald have assembled an outstanding emergency and critical care team. Our team consists of veterinarians, registered veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants and support staff. Our doctors and technicians are members of the Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Society and continue to stay current on the latest in state of the art veterinary care through continuing education seminars, online services and educational periodicals.
Our hope is that your pet remains healthy and uninjured for the duration of his or her life. But if you find yourself faced with an after-hours emergency, we will be honored to provide your furry, scaly, or feathered family member with the very best possible care.
