Integral Physical Therapy

Ilene is a Physical Therapist, licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She holds a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, a degree in Physical Education Studies. and is also a Certified Basics Svaroopa® Yoga teacher. Ilene has successfully been serving the tri-county area for over 20 years, and has extensive and diversified experience in occupational health, acute care, continuing care, and out-patient care. Among the many areas of her expertise is the treatment of joint sprains/strains, balance training, gait training, and neck and back pain.


In addition, for the past four years Ilene has studied complementary alternative treatments and authentic healing systems. It was her personal experiences of healing and growth that drew her
towards becoming a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist.

Ilene has opened Integral Physical Therapy. LLC with the vision of combining Traditional and Complementary Medicine to provide pain relief, an improved quality of life, and to facilitate
healing on all levels.
