The Task Force is located in Nashua NH with a satellite office in Keene, NH providing direct services to people living with HIV and AIDS.
We provide various support services to over 200 clients living with HIV/AIDS each year.

The Task Force is proud to be one of the six nonprofit agencies joined together in a formal partnership, "The Partnership for Successful Living" , to create a network helping families and individuals solve many of life's most challenging issues:
- HIV/AIDS - Mental Health Counseling - Alcohol and substance abuse - Health care for homebound individuals - Housing for individuals with mental illness, homeless veterans, the disabled, and low income seniors - Community education
