Chad Scruggs, Associate Minister at Park Cities Presbyterian Church. Chad was the first Inter-fraternity Council Chaplain at the University of Tennessee, and, as college sophomore, started the The Cross, a ministry to Fraternity and Sorority students. After obtaining an M.Div. from Covenant Theology Seminary, Chad served as the RUF Campus Minister at SMU for seven years.
