Residents can continue the lifestyle of their choosing and participate in a wide variety of programs and activities contributing to their intellectual, emotional, cultural, physical, and spiritual well being. Because Heritage Square preserves the dignity and self-respect of our residents, they are encouraged to bring their favorite furnishings and decorate their rooms to their Square’s Sheltered Care unit was uniquely designed to create privacy and individuality in each room. Our nursing staff provides around the clock observational care. Residents in need of additional nursing care can temporarily move to the Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing unit, and still maintain their room in the sheltered care unit until they return. Because Heritage Square accommodates to the changing needs of our residents, family members feel confident that their loved ones will be cared for at every stage of life, and residents are comforted by the knowledge that they will not be uprooted from their familiar environment if they need additional care.
