KITCHEN & BAR DESIGN:
At Café Concepts we pride ourselves on the ability to understand our clients needs and design functional kitchen/bar environments based on their concept, menu, and budgetary guidelines. Unlike many design firms, we feature designers that not only have years of experience in design and layout, but years of hands-on experience operating high volume kitchens and restaurants.
ARCHITECTUAL DESIGN & 3-D VISUALIZATION:
With our network of partners, we can act as a “one-stop-shop” for our clients architectural requirements. We can oversee interior and exterior design, graphic design, and full sets of architectural and engineering drawings. We also offer the ability to view your concept before any construction even begins by creating virtual renderings of a space so that our clients know just want their completed concept will look like. SPECIFICATIONS & DRAWINGS:
This service is both beneficial and necessary. We can create the required plans and specifications to comply with Federal, State, and Local Health Dept., Building, and ADA current codes. For our Southern California clients, will also offer the service to submit and expedite plans through the City and County Dept. of Environmental Health process and the receipt of their permit. For our clients’ benefit, these specifications act as a support to the drawing, identifying specific finishes, carpets, pieces of art work and so on. We can provide you with complete specification binders including sources, proposals, manufacturer’s samples and illustrations. PROCUREMENT:
Café Concepts is an extremely competitive equipment dealer representing all the industry’s most used and trusted manufactures. We are able to source even the most unique pieces of equipment and our fabrication partners can customize anything to fit the needs of our clients and their concepts. We also can supply all aspects of furniture, signage, graphic imagery, cabinetry and millwork.
FIELD COORDINATION & INSTALLATION:
One of the most important steps in the construction process is the coordination and final installation of the foodservice equipment. We are unique in the fact that we employ project managers and an in-house installation team to insure that issues do not occur during any phase of build-out so that the final installation is as seamless as possible. Should any unforeseen challenge arise, our team will address and correct the issue without interruptions to our clients.
