Andrew Steinberg of Newton earns a first-place finish; Robyn Anzulis of Maryland places second and Chad Durante of West Virginia places third.

Congratulations to Andrew Steinberg of Newton, Mass., for winning The American Legion's 80th National High School Oratorical Contest and an $18,000 scholarship. Robyn Anzulis of Woodbine, Md., placed second with a $16,000 scholarship; and Chad Durante of Follansbee, W. Va., placed third with a $14,000 scholarship.
