In 2002, Gene and Diane Cowel purchased Bubba's in Fountain, MI. Having been born in nearby Custer, Gene spent 30+ years working for General Motors, having spent time in Wyoming, MI, Janesville, WI and lastly Flint, MI. Just prior to aquiring Bubba's a very close family friend succumbed to sudden heart failure. His name was Jack Delaney.
It is our hope that the spirit of Jack will live on by continuing his legacy. Namely celebrating family, friends, good drink, and great food. Our goal is to provide the best in cleanliness, service an quality. If we succeed, please tell others. If we fail, please tell us.
