Erin entered the Residential Real Estate business in 2008 after spending her earlier part of her career in Risk Management with a big five accounting firm, and in medical & optical sales. Her previous business experience has given her invaluable tools which she brings to the real estate profession, including client service, valuation experience, financing knowledge and familiarity with working significant hours seven days a week servicing multiple clients simultaneously. Erin’s focus area includes the Seacoast area towns of New Hampshire and Maine, and is centered in Portsmouth, NH. Her business is split approximately 50/50 between buyers and sellers. This mix keeps her abreast of true market valuation, seeing both sides of the market, along with many properties when representing buyers. This allows Erin to give her clients excellent knowledge of current market values enabling her to guide her clients through the offer and negotiation process in this ever changing market.
Erin is a native of upstate New York and a graduate of the University at Albany with a degree in Business. She is a member of the Seacoast Coastal Athletic Association. She enjoys being active in the local running community, and has completed five marathons, including New York in 2015. She lives in Portsmouth with her husband Ryan, a native New Hampshirite, their twins, and their dog, Sonoma.
