We have a great Children's and Youth Services department here at the Lockport Public Library!
The Children's Department, located on the first floor of the building, is the place to go for books, movies, and music!
Come check out our great picture book, You Can Read (YCR), board book, DVD, Blu-ray, music, and computer software collection.
For chapter books, graphic novels, mysteries, and our non-fiction collection, head over into the Wood Room. You can also use one of our computers to surf the internet, do homework, or just have fun!
The Orchard Room is the place to be for all of the different programs we have throughout the year. We make crafts, sing songs, and have lots of fun all year round!
For parents, the Parents' Place contains parenting books as well as books in our Professional collection that will help any parent. The comfy chairs there are also a great place to wait while the kids do programs.
For the older kids, the Teen Section on the second floor is a great escape. We have fiction, non-fiction, and a growing graphic novel collection to satisfy our older readers.
