Chef Gary Serafin was the first chef/ restauranteur in the Florida Panhandle to receive the prestigious Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence" & the first to be listed as one of the "Top 100 Restaurants" by Florida Trend Magazine! His recipes are published in numerous journals and cookbooks. For the seventeen years Chef Serafin owned Jamie's Wine Bar & Restaurant he created fine-dining menus and built a stellar wine list for his restaurant in Pensacola, Florida. He then opened a gourmet-to-go store offering meals that not only tasted delicious, but were easy to heat and serve. During the last eight years he has built an award-winning full-service catering company, Emerald Coast Catering, focusing on food, presentation & a high level of service with a specialty in destination weddings.
