Since 1965, Community Action Partnership of Kern (CAPK) has been working to provide an integrated network of services as the official anti-poverty agency for the county of Kern. One of more than 1,000 community action agencies nationwide, CAPK is Kern County’s largest nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation.
Through a variety of programs and in collaboration with other community service agencies, CAPK helps participants individual and family self sufficiency.
