Dan Crow, the company's lead designer and co-owner, has been creating beautiful gardens for more than 30 years. His designs have been featured on public television's "Garden Smart" show, HGTV and the Detroit Hour. The Detroit News, The Detroit Free Press and The Grand Rapids Press have also featured his work.

Matt Jones, co-owner and operator of Outdoor Expressions, has been installing landscapes for more than 13 years and has expertise building retaining walls, patios, walkways, water features and landscape lighting. Matt has recently discovered his passion for constructing dry stack stone walls, a centuries-old art of mortarless rock stacking.

Krista Chamberlain
Operations Manager
Krista has been in the Lanscaping Industry for 20 Years and joined Outdoor Expressions in 2015. Krista keep daily operations running smothly and is a wonderful leader and vital asset to the team. From estimating and design, to scheduling and client relations, Krista provides a high level of expertise and organization.

Francisco Horta
Hardscape Foreman
Francisco, with the company since 2008 and a foreman, is a certified brick paver installer through the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI). He’s a tremendous asset to the team, not only for his solid hardscaping skills but for his ability to learn quickly and collaborate so well with other team members. Francisco also handles the company's commercial snow and ice management.

Malia Korte
Maintenance Manager
Malia Korte’s specialty at Outdoor Expressions is garden maintenance. Malia is hardworking, reliable, and pays attention to all of the details in your garden to keep it looking beautiful and well-maintained - some might say picture-perfect! She prides herself on learning new plants, staying up-to-date on innovations in garden design and maintenance and getting to know our clients and the way they want their gardens to look!

Scott Reeb
Softscape Foreman
A member of our company since 2015, Scott leads our Softscape team and handles our Fertilization as a state certified applicator of pesticides and herbicides. Professional and focused, Scott is a team player whos been part of the industry for almost 20 years. His attention to detail and ability to work well with others makes him an important part of our team.

Jimmy Cornish
Lawn Supervisor
Jimmy is a recent Michigan State graduate with a degree in Environmental Sciences who supervises our Lawnmowing services and staff. Detail focused, Jimmy works hard to keep our customers happy and their lawns looking sharp.
