Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for cancelling or rescheduling single appointments if a notice of at least 24 hours prior is given. However, a no show appointment or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be charged 50% of the service.
Spa Packages and Spa Parties must be paid in full one week prior to your services. If you choose to cancel your services, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged full price for all of your services.
