Hi, we’re Property Sheroes, and as our name suggests without much subtlety, we are a team of women who have decided to take over the world of Realty one deal at a time. Currently, we’re serving the Lee County area in Florida.

We call ourselves ‘Sheroes’ for two reasons. First and most obviously, because we are a team of women working in Real Estate, bringing together intuition and genuine concern for the people we meet in this line of work. In the often humdrum and ruthless world of Realty, we give our people a welcome alternative to generic sound bites and hard-nosed deal chasing.

The second reason we are ‘Sheroes’ is that we have that spark of something extra to bring to the table. Our team is currently made up of Cosset Garcia and Nancy Nunez, two remarkable women with very different interests and backgrounds. Cosset is a Real Estate industry veteran with almost 10 years of experience behind her, while Nancy is a well-known international DJ who recently received her Real Estate license.

In addition to working as a Broker Associate for 8 years, Cosset has founded and sold a successful brokerage and she is also an Accredited Buyers’ Representative (ABR) and a certified residential property manager. She sold more than $10 million dollars in business while house prices still averaged $100,000 or less, and she is currently averaging more than $4 million in sales. Nancy on the other hand, has worked on several high profile Electronic Dance Music projects, including a feature on billboard chart recording artist Ceevox.

At Property Sheroes, we believe that humans are the most important element of business, and so we consciously make sure to live full and complete lives outside of our day job. The best way to understand people after all, is to live normally. We aren’t a typical Real Estate company. Our passion is people.
