Machine Shop:
The machine shop features both manual, and 3-axis CNC mills; and CNC machining of standard metals and plastics. We also utilize a powerful CAD/CAM software for more efficient machining.
The shop serves not only the needs of our in-house design studios, but also periodically handles specialty and overflow work for some of our local manufacturers.
Fabrication:
The advantage of having an in-house fabrication department is that all the most common materials used in industrial construction can be formed, fit, and welded right here – whether it is MIG TIG or plastic welding.
Engineering:
Warren Industrial Solutions’ Engineering Department houses both Mechanical and Electrical Design Studios. Having both Studios under one roof enhances collaboration during many phases of various engineering projects.
On-Site Support:
Customers genuinely appreciate when one of our teams arrive to provide them with hands-on assistance at their own facility; as much as we truly enjoy helping out and building solid relationships with our customers, sometimes, it is just out of necessity that we have to be there. Firms with limited engineering departments or maintenance personnel inexperienced with some technologies simply need the assistance and expertise we have available.
