20. We only use quality vinyl products. We will not use thin, flimsy, cheap vinyl unless our customer demands it.

22. We refuse to purchase and use a product just because it’s cheaper or on sale. We know the quality brands and we stick to those.

25. Anyone calling our office during business hours 9am-5pm Monday through Friday will speak to a member of our company who is very knowledgeable about our processes. To all those break-time callers…All relevant voicemails will be returned promptly.

27. Our project manager inspects all completed work before we sign off on the project as completed.
