Livengrin is one of Pennsylvania’s earliest nonprofit organizations providing addiction treatment and education for individuals and families.
The Foundation uniquely offers a continuum of care that encompasses all phases of treatment for alcoholism and drug dependency. This includes detox and residential inpatient in a quiet, pastoral setting, and a range of outpatient services at six locations, plus the vital family programs that help loved ones through their own recovery from a difficult life with an addict. Livengrin also works with those with dual diagnosis, impaired professionals, DUI and others.
Working with the patient and referral source (family, clergy, employer, physician, etc.), Livengrin offers effective, affordable treatment in the least restrictive environment that is safe and appropriate for the individual.

In 2009, a peer organization of more than two hundred treatment centers recognized Livengrin with its highest quality award. Livengrin is fully licensed and certified by state and national agencies and professional accreditation groups.
The Foundation’s main campus in Bensalem, PA, is minutes from I-95, the PA Turnpike and other major arteries, just north of Philadelphia.
