We are a non-combative, non-competitive Tae Kwon Do Academy dedicated to redefining Tae Kwon Do as an Art, and not only a sport.
Our Academy acknowledges the fact that all students are different, have varying skill levels and different physical wants and needs. Some students wish to learn self-defense. Others wish to decrease their anxiety or depression. Still others want to increase their confidence or self-discipline. Some are just looking for good exercise and fun.
At our Academy, each student is treated individually, by instructors who are trained to gauge a person's progress by his or her own abilities. In this way, all students achieve according to their own scale and develop confidence as they meet their own goals.
